TERMS & CONDITIONS (B2B WHOLESALE)

1. Introduction
   These Terms & Conditions govern all wholesale (B2B) transactions on the Jay Scotts Europe website operated by Iconist Kft.

3. Scope
   Wholesale-only distribution of EU stock, backorder, and made-to-order goods.
4. Order Types
   1. EU Stock Orders
      DHL shipping (7–10 days) or express DHL (3–5 days).
   2. Backorder Items
      Lead times depend on production and freight schedules.
   3. Made-to-Order Items
      MOQ: 20 units/model/color for custom colors. Custom molds require tooling fee.
5. Order Confirmation
   Orders become binding upon receipt of payment. Customer must review all details in the Sales Order Confirmation.
6. Modifications & Cancellations
   Must be requested within 24 hours of payment. After this period, orders are final.
7. Payment Terms
   Accepted methods: bank transfer, advance payment, credit card, PayPal.
8. Shipping & Risk Transfer
   Risk transfers to customer once goods are handed to the carrier.
9. Warranty
   3-year manufacturer’s warranty. Project-specific warranties available. Misuse and improper installation excluded.
10. Returns
    No right of withdrawal for B2B clients. No returns of non-defective goods.
11. Liability
    No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Customer Obligations
    Accurate order information, delivery access, inspection upon receipt.
