The Granada is the planter that lives at a particularly useful height. Sixty-one centimetres tall, sixty-one centimetres deep — a perfectly square cross-section that puts the rim almost exactly at table height. That single proportion changes what the planter can be. It's tall enough to stop reading as a low landscape edge, but not so tall that it screens or divides. Instead, it sits in a space the way a planted bench would, or a low garden wall, or a continuous raised bed running along an edge. Along the perimeter of a courtyard restaurant or wine bar, the height keeps the planting at table level for the guests on the inside while the diners on the outside see a planted edge framing their meal.
