Every Corry is hand-finished in the same automotive-grade composite fiberglass as the rest of the Jay Scotts collection. The cylinder shape is harder to make well than it looks — any wobble or seam shows immediately on a tall, smooth surface — so each piece is inspected for the perfectly even sheen and crisp profile that make the form work. The all-weather body endures from −20 °C to +50 °C without cracking or fading, and remains light enough to be repositioned by hand as a scheme evolves.
